General Terms

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to enter into contracts in Singapore and meet the minimum requirements below to use Virelith services. Our offerings are designed for agents, consultant, property owners, and corporate parties engaged in real estate transactions.

Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use Virelith services independently. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Do not submit or request assistance for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful transactions. Virelith reserves the right to refuse service or suspend accounts suspected of misuse.

Certain services may be restricted by local laws. Availability in Singapore is confirmed; international availability depends on local regulations and may be limited.

Scope of Services

Virelith provides deal registration, document coordination, due-diligence support, communications management, and facilitation between parties and service providers. Specific deliverables depend on the selected package and are described during the onboarding process.

We may modify, add, or remove features or services. Changes that materially affect your use will be communicated via email or through the account dashboard with reasonable notice where practicable.

While we strive to keep our services available, access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond our control. We design processes to minimize disruption and to keep you informed of significant outages.

User Content

You may provide documents, listings, messages, and other content ('User Content') as part of the service. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the licenses granted below.

Users retain intellectual property rights in the content they submit. By submitting content, you represent that you have rights to grant the licenses described here and that the content does not violate third-party rights.

You grant Virelith a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, transmit, and display User Content as necessary to provide the services and to improve our platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of User Content. Do not upload sensitive personal data of third parties without appropriate consent and legal basis.

Requests to remove User Content will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy practices. Some elements may be retained for record-keeping or legal compliance.

Paid Services

Certain Virelith features and support packages are offered for a fee. Paid Services are described during purchase, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Prices for paid services are provided in SGD and exclude any taxes unless stated. Fees are based on the selected package and are set out at the point of purchase.

Payments are processed through our payment partners. Payment must be received before we commence chargeable work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel future renewals; cancellations do not typically entitle you to refunds for prior billing periods.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a paid service is demonstrably not delivered as described, contact us to discuss remediation or partial refunds where appropriate. Refunds are not automatic and will be processed after review.

You may cancel paid services per the terms specified at purchase. Cancellation may be subject to notice periods or fees if third-party commitments have been made on your behalf.

You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to the purchase of paid services, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

We may adjust prices for future orders. Existing orders booked and paid remain subject to the price agreed at the time of purchase.

If payment is overdue, Virelith may suspend work or access to paid features until payment is received. Continued non-payment may lead to account suspension or recovery actions.

Disclaimers

Virelith provides professional facilitation and administrative transaction support but does not act as legal counsel, licensed conveyancer, or substitute for independent professional advice. We rely on information supplied by users and third parties and do not assume liability for undisclosed facts or inaccurate submissions.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate with or recommend third-party providers (e.g., notaries, valuation services, business institutions). Use of third-party services is subject to their terms. Virelith is not responsible for third-party performance or fees.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using Virelith you consent to the practices described in that policy, including data required to deliver transaction support services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or business changes. When changes are material, we will notify users by email or through the service interface. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties agree to seek resolution by negotiation and, if necessary, through Singapore courts. For consumer disputes, local dispute resolution options may apply.

Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining account information and credentials. Keep login details secure and notify Virelith immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

Ensure that information provided to Virelith is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate or incomplete data can delay or prevent service delivery.

Protect your password and account. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available account security features.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable without Virelith's prior written consent.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately so we can take steps to secure it and limit potential misuse.

Virelith may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect safety, operations, or compliance with law.

User Rules

To ensure a productive platform, users must follow these rules when using Virelith services:

• Provide truthful, complete information and disclose material facts relevant to transactions.
• Use the platform respectfully and do not harass or impersonate others.
• Do not submit fraudulent listings, forged documents, or misleading offers.
• Comply with applicable laws and professional standards in your jurisdiction.
• Do not extract data from the platform for resale or unauthorized use.
• Respect intellectual property and do not upload third-party content without permission.
• Cooperate with requests from Virelith to verify information or resolve disputes.

Intellectual Property

Virelith owns or is licensed to use the site content, activity, and technology. Users may not reproduce or use our branding or technical assets without permission.

• Do not copy or distribute Virelith's proprietary content for commercial use.
• Do not reverse engineer our platform or APIs.
• Do not remove or alter copyright or activity notices.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virelith and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Liability for direct losses is limited to fees paid for the affected services in the prior 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship as set out in these Terms. Virelith may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or legal requirements.

On termination, some account data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons. You may export your data prior to termination as permitted by the platform.

Communications

By using Virelith you consent to receive service-related communications via email, phone, or in-platform messaging. Marketing messages may be opted out of as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts unless parties agree otherwise in writing.
